Terms of Sale

Last updated: 28 August 2026

The short version. You're buying the right to have your picture and your link shown on a specific rectangle of my wall, and in the banner images on my real X and LinkedIn profiles, for at least a year and realistically for as long as this thing exists. You're not buying property, shares, or an investment. Break the content rules and I refund you and take it down. Once it's live and you haven't broken anything, the sale is final.

These terms are the deal. Buying pixels means you accept them.

1. Who you're dealing with

2. What you are actually buying

  • ownership of anything — not the pixels, not the canvas, not the image files, not the website;
  • a share, a stake, a security, a token, or any kind of investment instrument;
  • an asset you can resell, transfer or trade through me;
  • any promise of traffic, clicks, impressions, exposure, or a financial return of any kind.

3. Price and payment

4. Ordering, locking and expiry

5. Content rules — binding

  • No nudity or sexual content.
  • No obscene, shocking or graphically violent imagery.
  • No hate, harassment or discrimination against any group.
  • No scams, malware or deceptive advertising — the link must go where the artwork implies it goes, and must stay that way.
  • No illegal products or services.
  • Nothing I wouldn't put at the top of my own profiles. That is the operative rule; the others are it, spelled out.

6. Review, rejection and refunds

7. What I commit to displaying

  • Your pixels go live on this website — usually within minutes of the payment confirming.
  • I re-export the master canvas and re-upload both banners to my X and LinkedIn profiles within 48 hours.
  • Your artwork and link stay up for as long as milliondollarbanner.com operates, and in any event for a minimum of 12 months from the day they go live.
  • Your pixels appear in the downloadable banner files on The Banners.
  • X and LinkedIn each render the banner at their own size, so artwork appears about 21–25% smaller on the real profiles than it does here.
  • Both platforms lay a round profile photo over one corner of the banner on the profile page itself. Your pixels are still complete in the artwork and in every downloadable file.
  • If either platform changes its banner dimensions, closes, or removes my account, I'll adapt the export as best I can — but I can't promise the behaviour of companies I don't own.

8. Purchases are final once live

9. Changing your artwork or link later

10. When I'll take something down

11. My right to refuse

12. What you're promising me

13. THE FINAL 10,000

14. The site itself

15. Liability

16. Governing law

17. Changes to these terms
