The short version. You're buying the right to have your picture and your link shown on a specific rectangle of my wall, and in the banner images on my real X and LinkedIn profiles, for at least a year and realistically for as long as this thing exists. You're not buying property, shares, or an investment. Break the content rules and I refund you and take it down. Once it's live and you haven't broken anything, the sale is final.
These terms are the deal. Buying pixels means you accept them.
This site is milliondollarbanner.com, operated by Kuber Mehta, an individual based in India ("I", "me", "my"). You are the person placing the order ("you"). Contact for anything at all: kuberwastaken@gmail.com.
You are buying a licence to display. Specifically, the right to have your artwork shown, and your link attached, on a defined rectangle of the 2000×500 canvas — on this website, and in the banner image files that I upload to my X and LinkedIn profiles.
To be unambiguous, you are not buying:
You keep every right you already had in your own artwork. You grant me a non-exclusive licence to reproduce and display it for the purposes above, for as long as it's up.
All prices are in US dollars. The price per pixel is set by the published tier schedule in the FAQ, and it is fixed at the moment your order reaches my server — not when you opened the page. An order crossing a tier boundary is charged marginally, each slice at its own price. The maximum is 50,000 pixels per order. Your exact total is shown before you pay anything, and it doesn't change afterwards.
Dodo Payments is the Merchant of Record for every transaction. They take the payment, handle the card networks and account for sales tax, and their buyer terms and refund policy apply alongside these terms. Card details never reach me — see the Privacy Policy.
Placing an order locks your rectangle at your quoted price so nobody can buy it while you pay. That lock is short — a couple of minutes — and if payment isn't completed the order expires, the pixels go back on sale, and you are not charged anything. An expired order costs you nothing at all; just pick a rectangle again.
Orders are first-come, first-served. If two people go for the same rectangle, the one whose order lands first gets it and the other is told immediately, before any money moves.
The content rules published in the FAQ are part of these terms and are contractually binding on you. Restated here in full, your artwork and your link must contain:
You also confirm, by ticking the box when you buy, that you own or are properly licensed to use the artwork you upload, and that displaying it doesn't infringe anybody's copyright, trade mark or other rights.
I review every order personally before it goes live. If your artwork or link breaks the rules in section 5, I reject it. A rejected order gets a full refund and the pixels are released back onto the wall. You lose nothing but the time.
Refunds are issued through Dodo Payments and land back on the method you paid with, typically within a few business days depending on your bank.

After your pixels are live and displaying correctly, the sale is final. There's no change-of-mind window, because what you bought was delivered the moment it went up.
That doesn't override anything you're entitled to by law, and it doesn't override Dodo Payments' own buyer protections — if either gives you a right to a refund, you have it.
Email me. Swapping the artwork or the link inside the same rectangle is free and goes out on the next export, provided the new version passes the same rules. What you can't do is move to a different rectangle or enlarge the one you have — that's a fresh purchase at whatever the price has reached by then.
I can remove or disable your artwork or link, without a refund, if after going live it turns out to break section 5, if the link starts serving malware, phishing or content that breaks the rules, if it's redirected somewhere other than where it said it went, or if I'm legally required to remove it. Where the problem is fixable I'll email you first and give you a chance to fix it.
I may refuse any order, for any reason, including reasons I can't fully articulate beyond not wanting it at the top of my own profile. A refused order is refunded in full and its pixels are released. This is a personal project on personal profiles, and that discretion is the price of it.
By placing an order you confirm that you have the right to use and licence the artwork; that the artwork and the link don't infringe anyone's rights or break any applicable law; that you're at least 18 and can enter a contract; and that the details you give are accurate. You agree to cover me for any third-party claim, loss or legal cost that arises from your artwork or your link.
The last 10,000 pixels are not sold through the standard checkout. When the wall reaches that point, whatever remains is offered as a single lot by auction, on terms published at the time. Nothing in these terms entitles anybody to buy those pixels at the tier price.
I'll keep this site running and try to keep it running well, but I don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and I may change the design, the code and the copy whenever I like. None of that affects the display commitment in section 7, which is the part you paid for.
To the fullest extent the law allows, my total liability to you for anything connected with these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid for the pixels in question. I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost business, lost goodwill, or the traffic you hoped for and didn't get.
Nothing here excludes liability that can't legally be excluded, including for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If you're a consumer somewhere with mandatory local protections, this doesn't take those away from you.
Before anybody involves a court, email me. Almost everything is fixable by one person replying to another.
I may update these terms; the date at the top will change when I do. Your purchase is governed by the terms that were published when you made it, so a later edit can't retroactively change the deal you got.
